Workshop 2 – Presentation & Public Speaking with Ease & Humour

- Confidence, ease and authenticity
- Reading and understanding an audience and engaging the audience
- Staying on point, managing distractions
- Verbal and non-verbal skills
- Structuring the information and ‘painting the picture’/journeying with the audience
- Visual prompts & aids
- Dealing with difficult questions
Workshop 3 – Meeting & Workshop Facilitation
Our workshop focuses on:
- Preparation – an investment in outcome. Facilitator preparation; particpant information and prep
- Clarity of outcomes, expectations
- Deciding on best meeting/workshop format
- Understanding the context, background
- Communication skills – e.g. active listening, understanding the roadblocks
- Identifying and understanding participant needs and outcome aspirations
